The terms that govern your use of the Remocat app and its services.

Thank you for choosing Remocat, an advanced security application designed to protect your devices and personal data through facial recognition authentication. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the Remocat app and its associated services. By using the app, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth. Please read carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access and use of the Remocat app are subject to these Terms. By using the app, you automatically agree. Terms may change at any time; your continued use signifies acceptance.

2. Service Description

Remocat provides advanced facial recognition authentication. It secures devices and sensitive content using facial biometrics. No password is required; only the registered user can access protected content.

The facial recognition module runs locally via TensorFlow Lite. Unauthorized access is detected automatically. All processing is offline; no biometric data leaves the device.

3. Use of the App

Install Remocat on a compatible device. Camera access is required for facial recognition. Data is stored locally. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to bypass security or infringe on privacy.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Data Collection: Remocat collects facial patterns only for authentication, stored locally, never transmitted externally.

4.2 Data Usage: Biometric data is solely for authentication. Not shared or used for marketing/profiling. Stored only as long as needed.

4.3 Data Protection: We implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Users should also take precautions.

5. User Responsibility

Users must keep their devices secure, updated, and prevent unauthorized access. In case of loss or theft, immediately disable Remocat access via support or device security options.

6. Limitation of Liability

Remocat is not liable for direct or indirect damages from app use or malfunction, including device damage, data loss, or privacy issues. Facial recognition may not be infallible; other device unlocking methods remain available.
